Based on my Equivalent Experiences below, and in accordance with accepted international norms of accumulative years working in particular fields/backed by supportive documentation, I easily surpass the 10+ years and requirements that equals a Master Degree.

CONCEPT TO REALITY : SHOWREEL

“If you need a qualified country fixer or producer for a reality show or documentary… then look no further than my team and I – especially in Mongolia; there is no Reality Show more challenging than The Amazing Race, and both our USA & Australia shows were EXCEPTIONAL.” – our team provided all pre-production and production works e.g. research and development, route development and verifications (GIS), scouts, creative support, production budgets/management, financial reconciliation, art support, permits, customs, government & national park coordination, special protective agency permits, municipal support, Ministry of Foreign Affairs support, international visas and Embassy support, all vehicle and transportation (air/land) support, all city & rural accommodations, all human resources and local talent, all production management and simultaneous coordination of 100s of assets across Mongolia, etc… in real-time with only one chance to shoot… no retakes – being famed reality shows – regardless of the 1000s of nuances, my teams and I made the impossible – possible.

Hence, to streamline the process, we provided EVERYTHING from A-to-Z… backed by my local/international teams of mixed-industry professionals; public-private sectors – from Government agencies, businesses to remotely located nomadic tribes and so much more.

PRODUCER/EDITOR – ORIGINAL VIDEO PRODUCTIONS

In November 2021, I’ve successfully concluded my short term contract with PROPETERRA as their
Executive Producer/Editor – I remote produced, edited, etc., a vast variety of marketing & market intelligence videos

Zanjan Fromer - Propeterra's Executive Producer

Depending on the requirements/agreements, I can either focus on qualitative and/or on quantitative. For example there have been times when “quantitative” was necessary… so within 2 months I’ve edited and produced, personally myself/just myself, nearly 100 short films from around the world; both scripted (script provided by Propeterra) and non-scripted (hearts & minds – my personal creations) strategies to strengthen their communications format, soundtrack & stylistics recognition, etc., to make it QUICKER & EASIER for the global market to recognize “PROPETERRA” via visual and audio formats… though rapid productions (for quantity) are possible – video formats, concepts, assets, etc., MUST be properly prepared and agreed to/scheduled in advance.

Typically, for complex marketing video projects (15 sec., 30 sec., 60 sec., 90 sec., up to 3 minutes) – if I am not doing the videography myself – I’ll take a day to review all assets (footages, stock footage, graphics, scripts/voiceovers, soundtracks, etc., etc., etc.)/consult with clients (conceptualize, creative, etc.) and on day two I’ll spend the entire day drafting the first “rough draft” to which feedback and requests will be incorporated on day three to which I’ll encode for FB, YouTube, etc… though it’s possible to do everything within 1 to 2 days – I have found that most clients are not prepared and/or do not have the time – so for most clients they generally do require 2 to 3 days per project. However, there are those “common cases” were projects do get extended owing to clients not providing all required video assets on day 1 and delay required assets till day 3 – which does extend the video development process by 1 to 2 days… thus projects that should only take 3 days get extended 4 to 5 days. And other cases, were feedback that is required on day 3 isn’t provided till day 5, etc., etc., etc… Nevertheless, I’m generally very patient as I am an experienced professional and respectful to everyone’s time-management issues – however – clients that do provide assets/feedback late should not expect video projects to be completed within 3 days.

Some of my Most Recent Works

Important: please kindly note that though many of my works on are online via Propeterra’s YouTube (among other people’s lesser quality videos); all high quality marketing videos specifically listed on my site are videos that I’ve personally produced, edited (audio, video & graphics) and/or was involved in.

Some of My Earliest Film Productions 2000-05

Generally I personally filmed, sound-recorded, produced, edited as well as mixed original soundtracks for dozens of films between 2000-05 during my time with couple USAID funded Initiatives and afterwards for companies and organizations. However, on a few occasions, I was blessed with the opportunity to not only meet and travel with the famed singer Ms. Loreena McKennit – but she also provided the soundtracks for both Eastern and Northern Mongolia destination videos; and/or, as with the Khan Bank Ad – I develop the entire storyboard with colleagues and share the shooting responsibilities. Or as with the first ever Amarbayasgalant Monastery Documentary, my USAID boss (Michelle Morgan) develops the script to which I then shoot, edit and produce all the needed soundtracks.

Regardless of the transitions, etc.,  have much to be desired (nearly 20 years ago this was ‘the cool trends’ back then) – I’ve greatly developed my techniques from these early days (Sony PD150/Adobe Premiere) to stay current with today’s trends. I’ve always had a keen eye for videography and it has only developed over the years; which is evident with my more recent works.

Today, whether I am shooting and/or compiling licensed stock footages to edit… I know what to look for and why.
